OURAA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on Macs you own or control, subject to the device limits described below. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer the application.
The core dock (metronome, key/BPM detection, MIDI tools, metering, and more) is free to use indefinitely. A subset of features — local AI stem separation, semantic sample search, and related tools — require an active subscription ($9.97/month, billed via Stripe) or a valid one-time gift code.
Each account (free or paid) may be active on up to 3 Macs at a time. Deactivate a device by contacting us if you need to move to a new Mac beyond that limit.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access to subscriber-only features continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe — refund requests are handled case by case, contact us directly.
Gift codes grant subscriber-level access and are single-use. They have no cash value and cannot be resold or exchanged for a refund.
OURAA is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Local AI features depend on models and tools (Python, Homebrew formulae) that we do not control the availability of.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OURAA and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to lost audio, lost projects, or lost work time. Always keep your own backups.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
